My Comments
Without a doubt, my least favorite Godzilla film of all time, basically because it was mainly stock footage. However, Eiji Tsuburaya was very sick at this time and its understandable, so I'm not gonna bash it. Heck... it is a Godzilla film right? Plus this film is a good way to introduce young kids to Godzilla. Anyway, you know what's next...
Synopsis
Ichiro, a lonely Japanese boy who’s parents work long hours at their separate jobs and is bullied by other kids, is usually at home alone with his friend, a local inventor, for a babysitter. In his dreams, he visits Ogasawara Island, where he plays and explores the island with Minilla, who is bullied by the monster Gabara. When he’s not asleep, however, Ichiro snoops around in an abandoned factory. However, one day he finds two bank robbers in the factory who are using it as a hideout and they capture Ichiro. Utilizing the lessons taught to him by Minilla and Godzilla, Ichiro escapes the robbers and helps the police capture them, then gets revenge on his bullies, showing them that he’s not going to take their abuse anymore.
