| When scientists unearth the skeleton of an ancient monster, they unknowingly start an ancient prophecy that ends with Earth’s destruction! For when the skeleton of the monster, named Yonggary, is nearly out of the ground, an alien spaceship approaches the Earth and begins to destroy all space shuttles and military satellites, cutting off communications all over the world. What they do next is even more incredible, the actually resurrect the skeletonized Yonggary remotely from their spaceship, muscle, organs, and flesh growing from the bones and the scientists flee in terror. Once fully resurrected, the monster, under the control of the aliens, begins attacking the fleeing scientists. Helicopters are sent to stop the monster, but Yonggary is too powerful for them and can also be teleported by the aliens to get to the attack point directly, giving him a huge advantage. The surviving scientists then examine the prophecy and discover that if they break the diamond in the Yonggary’s forehead, the alien's control over him would be broken. Then a squad of military personnel called the T-Project moves out and manages to shatter the diamond, turning Yonggary into a friendly monster on the side of humanity. However, the aliens then send their ultimate weapon to destroy both Yonggary and the Earth, a monster named Cyker! Yonggary and Cyker engaged in a fierce battle, with Cyker sprouting new tentacles every time Yonggary managed to blast off one of his limbs. Finally, Yonggary was able to triumph over the evil monster by blowing up Cyker’s entire body and forcing the aliens to flee before Yonggary discovered his “true power”. Tired out from the battle, Yonggary is transported to an uninhabited island to live on by the military. | |
