Godzilla vs. Chimera: Battle for the Universe

Deep in the G force labs a sinister project was taking place. After the failure of the Biogera project, a project that nearly destroyed the earth, G force began building the perfect Bioweapon. An entity that could destroy Godzilla but the same time allows G force to control it. The scientists began countless DNA splicing experiments combining the DNA of Godzillas greatest adversaries Destroyah, Biollante, SpaceGodzilla, Megagurius, Mothra, King Ghidorah and countless others were spliced together. But the initial results that occurred either died immediately or did not live for a sufficient period of time. The G force Scientists were frustrated and were about to abandon the project. However the following night an unknown alien life form fell from outer space in a wooded area outside of Hokkaido having received word about this unusual occurrence a week later The G force and JSDF Science teams were sent to investigate and what they found amazed them the life form in the meteor that they found was a strange mineral like creature with a resemblance to tinfoil yet this lifeform could change its genetic structure at will. Realizing they might have the missing piece in the DNA puzzle the scientists brought this lifeform back to G Force headquarters where after much testing a result was born. Known as Chimera this creature was a mockery of life The perfect Anti Godzilla Weapon Chimera had great power at its disposal resembling a twisted version of Angurius and bits of other monsters Chimera walked on all fours and had a body just like Angurius but it had several key differences the tail housed energy draining tentacles that could be extended or retracted the armor plates had longer more jagged spines also its face was like destroyers but it was twisted and it had the look of pure evil. Chimera had no remorse for anything that stood in its way the scientists also programmed it brain with hatred to Godzilla and to instantly attack it the instant it laid eyes on it. The creature’s natural shape shifting ability allowed it to turn its body parts into any part of the monsters that were spliced into it and to use their powers as well. The scientists had a more sinister reason to program this creature to seek Godzilla, in order for Chimera to reach its ultimate form it needed to absorb Godzilla’s DNA and by programming Chimera with this instinct they believed they could make it achieve perfection in a short amount of time. Chimera was then placed in a high security containment center until it was needed
Meanwhile off the coast of Japan Godzilla was still recovering from its battle with Biogera 3 years ago. The battle left scars all over Godzillas body that were slowly healing and he also lost a finger in the confrontation that could not be regenerated due to Biogeras highly acidic venom. However the other more noticeable wound that could also not be healed was on his chest where Biogeras BioCannon had hit him. If it weren’t for Mothras noble sacrifice of deflecting the full force of the blast back at Biogera then Godzilla would not have been able to survive and defeat the giant cybernetic scorpion. As it continued to slumber and heal it began to sense that something was wrong and more importantly an Aura of pure evil realizing that his territory was yet again being invaded by an intruder Godzilla began to swim towards Tokyo to fend off the mysterious intruder.
While Godzilla was swimming towards Japan Chimera had grown considerably and escaped the containment chamber killing the scientists that originally created it and it destroyed anything that stood in its way. Chimera had grown up to 497 feet perhaps the biggest monster that the world has ever seen, Chimera showed the world its great power by destroying Hokkaido in a wave of micro oxygen beams and gravity beams it then moved on to Tokyo. The JSDF put up a courageous resistance sending every tank, plane, and weapon it had against Chimera to try and save the capital. The abomination spared no one as it left Tokyo a great sea of fire and killed everyone in it. Some were absorbed by Chimeras energy draining tentacles, others where either stomped on or vaporized by the beams Chimera fired. The JSDF was forced to fall back and retreat to save their soldiers from the slaughter that they were now experiencing. Satisfied that it had destroyed this once great metropolis and that it had also defeated Japans only effective human resistance, Chimera was about to leave when it sensed a great power coming his way.
Godzilla had arrived on shore and was moving towards Tokyo when he saw Chimera the beast was pure evil and he knew he had to stop it. Godzilla roared a challenge to Chimera. Chimeras reply sounded like the cry of a demon evil, and eerie. Chimera then responded by firing its energy draining tentacles at Godzilla, who looked puny in its presence. Godzilla managed to dodge the tentacles and fired a heat ray striking Chimeras right leg. Chimera felt the searing pain but shrugged it off and fired laser whips from its spines striking Godzilla over and over leaving burns all over Godzilla’s body. Godzilla staggered backward but not to be out done Godzilla fired his ray again aiming for Chimeras vulnerable belly but suddenly a rainbow colored aurora covered its chest and the shot was reflected back at Godzilla Godzilla barely dodged it and the beam went into the G force headquarters and obliterated it. Godzilla now realized that a quick victory was not possible and fired a nuclear pulse scoring a direct hit on chimeras face and upper torso. Chimera wailed in pain but then a devilish grin encompassed its toothy maw and just like that Chimeras front legs transformed into King Ghidorahs heads and began firing gravity beams at Godzilla. Godzilla took the full force of the hits and just like the burns that were inflicted by the laser whips the burns left by the gravity beams regenerated and were healed frustrated, Chimera changed its legs back to normal and fired everything it had at Godzilla Laser whips gravity beams and energy draining tentacles were all sent at Godzilla. Yet Godzilla managed to somehow dodge nearly all the beams except for the tentacles that went into Godzilla’s left leg. Godzilla could not move and the agony was unbearable as the tentacles began absorbing Godzilla energy and more importantly some of Godzilla’s genetic structure. Godzilla however managed to find enough energy to fire a super powerful white hot heat ray that burned a massive hole in chimera’s belly Chimera let out a wail of great pain as it was consumed by fire and fell to the ground seemingly dead. Satisfied that it proved its superiority over its opponent, Godzilla began to leave and it reached the Ocean when a familiar sound echoed from the carcass of Chimera. Godzilla turned around and found a gruesome and grotesque surprise.
It was Chimera even though it was heavily damaged it was still very much alive and it began a long and shocking transformation. The JSDF who had backed off because of the intensity of Godzilla and Chimeras previous battle began unleashing every type of armament they had at Chimera. But it was too late Chimera had absorbed the right amount of genetic material needed from Godzilla earlier in the battle when it managed to sink some of its tentacles into Godzillas left leg. What it transformed into was even more sinister then the form it had been previously. A big change was that it could now walk on two legs and its body grew to a massive 700 ft tall, Chimeras new body resembled Godzilla’s but with some significant differences. Two big Blue growths were on its shoulders the spines were blue and the skin was a dark black. It also had a horn on its head like destroyers and wings that resembled King Ghidorahs. This was Chimeras perfect form a beast that had virtually no weaknesses a beast that could use any technique and attack that was spliced into it and this beast was pure evil. Seeing that Godzilla was also still alive Chimera let out a wail and began to fly towards Godzilla.
The JSDF meanwhile had fallen back to the mountains around Mt Fuji and began to devise a strategy. After much thought and discussion it was decided that a two pronged attack would occur the JSDF would send a squadron of tanks and planes to engage Chimera these would be used as a distraction giving the JSDF time to send their new and improved MechaGodzilla 4 to try and stop both monsters. Armed with the latest in state of the art weaponry and special reflective diamond and titanium armor this new robot was strong enough to deal with Godzilla and Chimera. Its arsenal also included the G Destroyer, a Beam that fired particles that would absorb any Radiation it touched and since Godzilla had extremely high levels of Radiation it would be instantly destroyed.
However on Birth Island the Mothra larvae that hatched 3 years after its mothers suicidal and ultimately noble battle with Biogera also sensed the brutal battle between Godzilla and Chimera. The future of the Mothra species felt sad for Godzilla and finally deciding that it was no longer going to sit by and watch Godzilla and planet earth die. The Larvae left its shrine and began to swim towards Tokyo doing what its mother would have done
The battle between Godzilla and Chimera continued to go on Godzilla fired his heat ray at Chimeras face but the blue growths on Chimeras shoulders siphoned the beam into them, thus negating the attack and giving Chimera more power. Chimera immediately fought back with a series of Blue super powered mouthbeams and Laser horn strikes. Godzilla was suffering heavy damage but never the less it got right back up. Frustrated by the persistence of his foe Chimera wrapped Godzilla up in vines and once again transformed its arms into Ghidorahs heads to finish the job it had started. Godzilla tried to delay the beasts transformation by firing his spiral beam heat ray at Chimera. Chimera anticipated this and used the same mysterious rainbow colored reflective technique it had used earlier in his previous imperfect form and sent the beam back at Godzilla. Now that Godzilla was weakened Chimera moved in to unleash the final strike when silk began to rain down on Chimera and a familiar chirp echoed.
It was Mothra and it was ready to fight. Chimera responded to all this by using its laser horn scoring a hit on Mothra’s tail. Mothra felt the pain and ignored it continuing to crawl on and fight. Mothra managed to tackle the beast and bite its tail, but unfortunately chimera proved to be too strong and it easily threw the puny worm off of its tail. After getting Mothra off of its tail Chimera scored another hit with his laser horn and this one proved to be more effective as yellowish greenish blood began to squirt out of the gash that was left by the laser horn. Mothra began to retreat and it looked like Chimera would add another victim to his growing list but before he could make his next move a heat ray struck Chimera from behind. It was Godzilla, using Chimeras brief altercation with Mothra as a distraction Godzilla used the time it had to free itself of the vines that were holding it down and to regenerate and heal some of it wounds. It looked like Godzilla and Chimera were going to continue on with their war when a mechanical cry echoed through the desolate ruins of Tokyo and the earth shuddered as a second uninvited guest appeared. It was the MechaGodzilla 4, the JSDF decided that now was the time to send it in to try and kill both monsters. Mechagodzilla immediately went for chimera and managed to score hits with its missiles and hand drill on Chimera causing it to fall to the ground. It then proceeded to attack Godzilla scoring several more hits with its missiles and drill Godzilla fired a heat ray at its mechanical doppelganger but the beam just bounced off like it was nothing. MechaGodzilla then proceeded to fire its Hyper Mazer mouth cannon at Godzilla knocking it to the ground. As MechaGodzilla surveyed his surroundings Chimera managed to get back up and struck it hard with a mouthbeam. The beam initially bounced off the armor just like Godzilla’s but soon with more beam strikes the coating began to melt and eventually a weak spot appeared it looked like MechaGodzilla was going to be knocked out for good when a strong wind suddenly occurred and a familiar figure began flying towards the three way battle.
It was Mothra having matured to its Imago form she was determined to win and save the earth and it wanted revenge on Chimera. Chimera tried a laser horn but Mothra managed to dodge it and it began flapping it wings rapidly producing hurricane force winds Chimera held its ground and fired a plasma beam at Mothra the beam was a near miss but the searing heat caused Mothras wings to combust. Realizing that she was on fire Mothra began a rapid climb in altitude and this caused the flames to be extinguished it then proceeded to dive down at Mach 3 and dive into Chimera the force of the impact taking down both Mothra and Chimera. Mothra got up first and fired an antenna beam at Chimera the beam however was siphoned into the blue growths on Chimeras shoulders and Chimera used the energy that was siphoned to fire a super powerful mouthblast at Mothra. Mothra tried to reflect the blast with her reflective scales but it was too powerful and it sent her plummeting to the ground. Things were not looking good for Earths Guardian and things only got bleaker and more desperate when Chimera sent vines that held Mothra down and it proceeded to try and finish her the way it tried to finish Godzilla off.
Meanwhile the battle between Godzilla and MechaGodzilla 4 was still raging on having exhausted all of its missiles lasers and other weapons the battle between Godzilla and his mechanical double was beginning to look one sided, each blast of Godzillas heat ray brought the machine closer and closer to its destruction. It tried to use its hand drill once again but Godzilla burned it off with another shot of his heat ray. Mechagodzilla was severely damaged at this point and it began to shut down and self destruct however before the shutdown and self-destruct sequence could initiate it fired the G destroyer, its last and most potent weapon at Godzilla scoring a direct hit on Godzilla with the greenish beam. The pain was unbearable as Godzilla felt his power being drained and his strength fading. However he managed to find just enough strength in him to fire one final blast at Mechagodzilla scoring a direct and devastating hit on Mechagodzillas head destroying the machine and the G destroyer for good before giving in to the pain that was inflicted by the G destroyer and slipping into unconsciousness. But he fought the effects of the G destroyer until the pain eventually stopped the G destroyer had one unforeseen flaw. While the particles did drain all of Godzillas power the particles could not contend with Godzilla’s regeneration and Godzilla’s mutated immune system and were ultimately destroyed. Feeling his strength returning Godzilla lumbered towards the ongoing battle between Chimera and Mothra and aimed a heat ray at Chimera.
The battle between Mothra and Chimera was at its climax. Having broken free of the vines that imprisoned her, Mothra and Chimera both exchanged blows trying to destroy each other Mothra flew up again and tried her poisonpowder technique against Chimera. This had little effect on the abomination and Chimera proceeded to fire what looked like a micro oxygen beam at Mothra scoring a hit and knocking her down. Mothra managed to recover and fired a rainbow colored sonic blast at Chimera scoring a direct hit the blast left heavy damage but most of it was siphoned into the blue growths. Mothra tried her wing lightning but this was also siphoned into the growths and thus making it ineffective things were looking bleak for the giant moth when a heat ray struck Chimera in the back destroying some of its spines.
It was Godzilla having recovered from its battle with MechaGodzilla 4 he was mad at maximum strength and he wanted to finish off chimera for good Godzilla fired his Spiral ray at the growths on the shoulders of chimera. The energy was siphoned but so much power was coming from this ray that it caused one of the growths to explode in a shower of blue blood. Chimera staggered backwards obviously in great pain having lost a key defense against its adversaries beams Chimera fired a mouthblast but Mothra easily reflected the shot back at Chimera with her scales scoring a direct hit on Chimeras torso. Chimera responded by firing a plasma beam at Mothra but this was blocked by Godzilla who threw himself in front of Mothra and took the full force of the blast. Chimera then tried an eye beam but this had the same result frustrated he decided to take flight and fire his wing lightning at Godzilla and Mothra. Godzilla and Mothra took the hits and fired their beams at Chimeras wings scorching holes that eventually caused the wings to combust and force Chimera back down. Losing power and realizing that the battle was lost Chimera tried one final technique and began to glow with an eerie red glow trying to gather enough energy for it to unleash his most powerful technique. Mothra and Godzilla combined their beams to try and destroy the monster before it could explode scoring direct hits on Chimera face and torso and also destroying the other growth on Chimeras right shoulder. But this was not enough and Chimera eventually unleashed a giant red laser from its horn trying to end the battle once and for all. Mothra used her reflective scales and put her self in front of Godzilla to attempt to deflect the Laser. Eventually Mothra managed to deflect the Laser back at Chimera hitting the genetic freak in the face causing the creature to explode. Mothra fell to the ground spent but not seriously injured Godzilla roared a cry of victory and proceeded to leave, Mothra eventually recovered enough strength for the trip back home and she was on her way back to see her shobijin and worshippers on Birth Island. It was then that a piercing screech sounded from the remains of Chimera. As they turned around and looked a creature emerged from the carcass sporting a thinner body and a faceless head this was the alien that Chimera originally was and it had used the siphoned energy from its previous forms to reconstruct his old body. This terrifying creature fired a sonic wave at Godzilla and an eye laser at Mothra knocking both of them down. As Chimera lumbered towards the downed monsters its body began to convulse and it began to transform one final time. What it transformed into was a creature that was powerful but also unstable, the radiation from Godzillas DNA caused the alien to mutate uncontrollably until it went back down to four legs grew to 800 feet tall grew massive blood red wings and sported three massive tails. It resembled a twisted version of Ghidorah, a ghidorah that was never seen before. The creatures’ heads and body were ghidorahs but each head looked different one was made up of vines the second looked like a Chinese dragon and the third looked like one of Keizer Ghidorahs heads. The JSDF who had been watching the battles were amazed at what this creature transformed into “is that Ghidorah?” one officer asked. “Yes and no” replied the chief science officer. “While the body is that of Ghidorahs what we are really looking at is an unstable biological entity that’s why we are now calling this creature BioGhidorah” said the astonished officer. “What can we do now? Asked a general. “Nothing this monster is too powerful. You saw what it did to Godzilla, Mothra, your Mechagodzilla, and your soldiers and pilots in its previous forms. It’s best if humanity stayed out of this struggle for now”. Back in the ruins of Tokyo Bioghidorah unleashed his multi colored gravity beams at Godzilla and Mothra with hideous results leaving severe burns on Godzilla and searing a hole in Mothras left wing. Godzilla however was not going to quit and fired his spiral heat ray but felt his life force draining. It seemed that BioGhidorah had gained the ability to drain an opponents life force and was draining Godzillas without even touching him the ray faded into nothing as Godzilla got ever closer to deaths door. Mothra however was unaffected and fired her antenna beam at Ghidorah breaking its telekinetic grip on Godzilla in the process. Undeterred Bioghidorah fired a gravity beam at Mothra but this was reflected back at ghidorah completely destroying its right Vine covered head. Realizing that the battle was lost Bioghidorah began to fly towards space Mothra saw how Godzillas condition had deteriorated and decided to give some of her lifeforce to bring him back. Godzilla feeling a rainbow colored aura going down every inch of his body got up and he realized he had more power than ever. Then noticing that BioGhidorah was flying away began charging up a spiral heat ray of unimaginable power and sent it skyward. Mothra also did the same with her antenna beams and as the beams ascended they merged into one super powerful beam that hit Ghidorah in the torso mid-flight. The damage had been done and Ghidorah began to descend as it did it exploded sending a massive shockwave that rocked the earth and disappeared in a plume of biological smoke thus ending chimeras reign of terror permanently. Godzilla and Mothra looked out at the wasteland that was Tokyo and now both of them realizing that the nightmare was finally over began to head home Godzilla to the Sea and Mothra to her worshippers and fairy servants on birth island. Peace was restored and Tokyo eventually rebuilt but there will be many memories and many more battles to come
