Synopsis
The monsters Anguirus, Baragon, Hedorah, King Ghidorah, MechaGodzilla, and Rodan have captured Minilla and are holding him captive inside a giant maze called the Matrix. As Godzilla, you must go through the many levels of the Matrix in search of Minilla, finding him before the enemy monsters destroy him.
Controls
Same controls as your basic Game Boy game. The control pad controls the direction Godzilla goes, B controls Godzilla’s punches, A does nothing, and start is the usual pause. Now go find Minilla!
My Opinion
Now I don’t really dislike the GameBoy Godzilla game, it just isn’t the best video game out there. All you do is walk around punching boulders/enemies as you try to reach Minilla. The most annoying aspect of the game would have to be arranging the boulders in the appropriate way or smashing them in the right order so you can reach the exit of the level. However, all in all it is an entertaining game, just don’t play it for a long period of time, because you’ll eventually hate it.
