After the Bio-Goji suit, no further significant changes took place in Godzilla's appearance until 1995’s “Godzilla vs. Destroyah”. This was done to help keep continuity throughout the rest of the Heisei series. However, each suit up until then did have a few alterations of their own. For “Godzilla vs. Mothra”, a new suit was built with very minor changes. This Bato-Goji suit was slightly smaller than the Bio-Goji/Ghido-Goji suit and so was the head. This suit was also used for the water scenes in “Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla II”.
