1999... Since Godzilla had been causing so much destruction, a special military group was developed to stop Godzilla. Godzilla Destruction Squad or GDS. Yuki was asked to help out so she did. After his fight with Mothra, Godzilla had attacked Japan three more times, eating radiation each time from nuclear power plants. Yuki had just got blonde streaks in her hair and she was going home to study Godzilla. A lot of information had been discovered. Godzilla's atomic blast was pure nuclear energy. He needed nuclear power plants to keep himself at full strength. He was believed by most to be a dinosaur who survived the extinction of all the others and was transformed into what he was by the H-Bomb. No nuclear weapons were to ever be used against him. Also a special weapon was used to attack Godzilla every time he arrived anywhere in Japan. It was called G-Destroyer. It was a jet that could fly at Mach 3 and had many varieties of weapons. It was in the shape of a kite and it had laser cannons on each wing and a variety of missiles and guns. Yuki was at a special meeting, Godzilla had attacked a Russian ship that was carrying radioactive chemicals. They knew he had increased in strength. It was predicted that he would be at Kobe within three hours, so the G-Destroyer was prepared and five pilots suited up and got into the jet. Yuki was one pilot, her job was to reload missiles and bullets when they were out.
"All missiles and bullets are ready." Yuki said.
"Everything is ready then." the leader of the G-Destroyer said, his name was Shinjo Kazama. General Kenji started all of GDS and was determined to put a stop to Godzilla's destructive rages. The G-Destroyer hovered out of the base and it sped off at full speed. They flew over Kobe and over the ocean.
"I don't see anything." Shinjo said.
"Wait. Look there!" the water began to bubble and foam.
The water exploded and Godzilla roared into the sky. The G-Destroyer flew right above Godzilla's head. He turned and saw it flying straight at him.
"Fire!" Shinjo shouted. Huge gatling guns came from the wings and fired onto Godzilla. The woman who controlled the weapons was a American girl named Jane Timberline. She pulled on the control stick and pushed a red button, firing thousands of bullets a minute. Godzilla tried to grab the jet, but it was circling him too quickly. Ten bullets hit him in the face. Godzilla wailed and grabbed his face and blood oozed down his jaws and into the water. Godzilla's spines began to glow blue and he fired a radioactive blast which missed the jet. He even tried to whip it down with his tail, but the ship was much too fast for Godzilla. Missiles were fired after the bullets seemed ineffective. Godzilla roared in protest as a bunch of sharp and burning hot missiles exploded on his body. Once the jet began flying away from Godzilla then turned to attack again. Godzilla spat his atomic blast and hit his target. Luckily the jet was designed to withstand his atomic blast. Godzilla began to get angry so he submerged.
"Switch to underwater mode." Shinjo said. A Japanese man named Kojiro Watare pushed in a code and the ship went into a different shape, the wings went back so it could go fast beneath the water. The G-Destroyer flew straight down and dove beneath the waves. Godzilla saw this and swam towards it.
"Fire torpedoes five and six." Shinjo ordered. Two torpedoes fired out and crashed into Godzilla, slowing him down. The G-Destroyer then sped off, Godzilla close behind. The G-Destroyer quickly went back to jet mode and shot out of the water. Godzilla arose as well. Shinjo's eyes went wide when the jet was caught in Godzilla's jaws. All the lights went off. Godzilla began chewing on the G-Destroyer. Godzilla took it out with his hand and crushed it. After Godzilla was satisfied he tossed it aside. The G-Destroyer crashed back into the sea. Godzilla then made his way back to Kobe. As the G-Destroyer sunk, water poured in. Yuki cut off her belts with her military knife. Only one more escaped, Jane Timberline. Yuki and Jane opened up the escape door and brought a inflatable raft, too. The rest of the crew drowned as the jet sunk to the bottom of the ocean. When Yuki and Jane made it to the surface they released the raft and it inflated itself. They both climbed in and watched Godzilla move to Kobe. They had lured Godzilla ten miles out to sea.
"Well this is ####ty luck." Jane said.
"True." Yuki replied. Jane had long red hair and bright green eyes, unlike Yuki who had black hair with blonde streaks, brown eyes and the Japanese tan.
"We've got to get back to Japan." Yuki said.
"Yeah, but base is all the way in Tokyo. We wouldn't be able to get a ride because Godzilla's probably in Kobe now." Jane replied.
"We can't give up now."
"You're right, but still..." The two girls floated out in the open ocean for about three hours.
"Damn Godzilla, we lost three good men because of that demon." Yuki said. Both women had tears rolling down their cheeks. They hugged and tried to comfort each other by telling stories.
"Did you ever hear of King Ghidorah?" Jane asked.
"No, I don't believe I have." Yuki replied.
"Well, it's said to be a huge three headed dragon with two long tails. It's said to have pure gold scales covering its whole body. Thousands of years ago it attacked ancient China. It destroyed everything in its path with golden lightning bolts. The legend said whenever its cackling could be heard, everyone would know it was the great dragon Ghidorah." Yuki looked at Jane in a weird way.
"Did they manage to stop him?"
"Yes, a great warrior pierced Ghidorah's heart with a big sword and King Ghidorah plummeted into the ocean and sank to its watery grave."
"Sounds like a bunch of hoo ha to me."
"A more realalistic version said Mothra defeated King Ghidorah and sent him into the ocean for eternity."
"That makes more sense. Wait, it looks to me like we're leaving Japan instead of going there."
"Let's paddle our way outta here then."
Both women began paddling towards Japan. Suddenly, behind them, the water began to foam. Bright gold lights began flashing within the bubbling water. Yuki and Jane covered their eyes. Suddenly, a huge monster arose from the ocean and flew high into the air, with a huge wingspan. It had three long necks and two long tails. It cackled into the morning sky and began making its way towards Tokyo. A group of boy scouts dropped their fishing poles as Godzilla arose from the ocean and roared. Godzilla then made his way onto land. Everyone in Kobe ran for their lives. Godzilla roared and stepped onto a parking lot full of cars. Godzilla saw a tall tower with a sign that said 'Kobe' at the top. Godzilla swung his tail and snapped the tower in half. Godzilla had just stepped onto a mini mall when he was ambushed by a squadron of GDS jets. They all fired missiles into Godzilla. He cried out in surprise. They circled and fired again, hitting Godzilla in the back. Godzilla was not hurt or damaged, just frustrated. Godzilla caught one jet in his hand and threw it at the squadron. The jet crashed into another causing it to crash into a few behind it. Godzilla roared in victory as the jets retreated. Suddenly Godzilla was struck by several bolts of golden lightning followed by cackling. Godzilla flipped forward and roared as he got to his feet. He saw a huge golden three headed dragon flying right at him. It kicked him and knocked him over again. King Ghidorah landed. The huge dragon was bigger than Godzilla, which caused more fear in the people of Kobe. Godzilla got to his feet and roared at his new foe. Godzilla opened his jaws and blue steam arose from his throat. His spines began to steam and glow blue. Godzilla was just about to fire his blast when all three of King Ghidorah's heads fired multiple lightning bolts. When Godzilla was hit he stepped back and fired his blast into the sky instead. King Ghidorah then jumped and pointed his feet at Godzilla. King Ghidorah kicked Godzilla hard and he fell backwards into a small neighborhood. Godzilla got back to his feet. King Ghidorah flew from behind and the middle head wrapped around Godzilla's. The other two bit and shot lightning bolts into Godzilla at the same time. Godzilla began to foam from the mouth. Small amounts of blood squirted from Godzilla's throat. Godzilla tried to fire an atomic blast but instead a surge of nuclear energy made a sonic boom which knocked King Ghidorah onto an abandoned warehouse. Godzilla roared as his body glowed blue and the glow quickly faded. Before King Ghidorah could get back up(which was difficult with no arms or hands)Godzilla fired an atomic blast right next to King Ghidorah, knocking him to the side. King Ghidorah rolled over small buildings in his way. Yuki and Jane were picked up by a GDS helicopter and they were flying over Kobe. Everyone on the chopper pressed against the windows and watched as King Ghidorah flew into the air and body slammed Godzilla. Godzilla grabbed onto King Ghidorah and sunk his claws into King Ghidorah's flesh. Ghidorah cried out as blood squirted from the wounds. Godzilla wrapped his fingers around the necks of the middle and left head of King Ghidorah. The two heads cackled in a high pitched noise and began to gag. The right head fired a lightning bolt into the side of Godzilla's neck. Godzilla wailed and released Ghidorah. The middle head bit into Godzilla's neck. The left head bit into right head bit into Godzilla's left wrist and the left head sunk it's long fangs into Godzilla's right wrist. The huge dragon took off, taking Godzilla with him. They all sent shocks from their lightning bolts into Godzilla to weaken him. Yuki and Jane watched as King Ghidorah flew right past them and towards the ocean. Godzilla roared and soon fainted from the speed that Ghidorah was flying. Ghidorah and Godzilla disappeared from the helicopters view as they both flew in completely different directions.
Chapter 2 Memories
The hydrogen bomb explodes. The oxygen destroyer sets off. Water bursts into the underwater laboratory. Anglias sinks to the bottom of the sea. Godzilla smacks into the sea after being dropped by Mothra. All of these memories went through Godzilla's head as he was flown high above the ocean. King Ghidorah suddenly had some memories, too. Temples collapse to the ground. It's ancient China. King Ghidorah flew over the Great Wall of China. His great speed blew guards of the wall to their death. Flaming arrows and ballista's flew up into King Ghidorah, causing no damage. King Ghidorah fired lightning onto the innocent people below. Suddenly, an ancient Mothra collided into Ghidorah. It chirped and flapped her wings at high speed. Once they were above the ocean Mothra made a sonic boom and knocked King Ghidorah into the ocean. After this, King Ghidorah went deeper in time. An old Chinese man is about to be executed when he throws a sparkling powder onto the ground. The ground explodes and King Ghidorah flies into the air. King Ghidorah went back once more. Dinosaurs were roaming over a big plain. A small Ghidorah flies over the large lizards. It's King Ghidorah as an infant. Just hatched he couldn't fly well yet. He suddenly fell from the sky and crashed into the ground. A nearby mountain falls apart and buries Ghidorah, he stayed buried until the old man revived him. King Ghidorah was soon over a large island. He dropped Godzilla into a lake. Godzilla smashed down hard and the lake shot high into the air. King Ghidorah turned and flew back to Japan. Godzilla breathed heavily. All of a sudden Mothra landed next to Godzilla's crippled body. Godzilla slowly opened his eyes. Mothra chirped to him. Godzilla growled and tried to get up. Mothra chirped again and Godzilla laid down. Mothra then took off again, Godzilla watched her fly away and slowly closed his eyes. Instead of returning to Kobe, King Ghidorah attacked Osaka. It was still under construction after Godzilla's battle with Anglias. King Ghidorah didn't attack however, he just flew over and continued flying. Nagoya...Nagoya was evacuated for the coming of King Ghidorah. King Ghidorah arrived alright. He landed onto a large mansion and began firing lightning bolts onto the city. Suddenly a huge shockwave blew Ghidorah onto his back. It was Anglias! He used his sonic roar as an ambush. Anglias' jaw had healed. He roared and walked a few feet. Before Ghidorah could get to his feet, he was tackled down again by Anglias. Anglias sunk his huge fangs into King Ghidorah's middle head. The other two fired lightning bolts into Anglias' face and he fell back, his head throbbing. Suddenly, Anglias' vision got foggy and he was out cold. King Ghidorah then hovered above Anglias and landed on his. The spikes on his back didn't seem to bother Ghidorah too much. King Ghidorah began jumping up and down. One foot on the back of Anglias' neck, the other on his back. Anglias cried out each time he was crushed.
"We need Godzilla and Mothra to fight Ghidorah, we can't do it alone." Yuki protested.
"You're crazy. You want us to let these monsters live?" General Kenji said with a smile.
"You're sense of humor is not necessary right now, Ms.Kobayashi."
"How can we beat this monster?" Yuki asked. When Kenji ignored her she stood up and left. She got into her jeep and drove off to Nagoya. Jane quickly jumped in with her.
"You're not going to do this without me are yah?" Jane said.
Yuki smiled, "Hm, no way." she sped off and was chased by a few soldiers who quickly stopped and watched the jeep drive off.
Chapter 3 Mothra vs. King Ghidorah
Anglias was unable to move. As Ghidorah jumped off Anglias one last time he didn't crush Anglias, instead he flew off. He landed onto a road filled with vehicles. King Ghidorah began burning things apart with his lightning bolts. It was now 9:00 PM. The fires in the city lit up the night. Suddenly King Ghidorah heard an all too familiar chirp. All the three heads looked up and saw Mothra fly across the sky. She turned and sped at high speed above Ghidorah. Small sparkles fell onto Ghidorah as if it were snowing. When they touched Ghidorah's skin they exploded. Ghidorah cackled in pain and fired his lightning bolts into the sky. Mothra dodged them all. Mothra moved down like a jet and slammed into Ghidorah. Lightning bolts went flying everywhere as Ghidorah crashed into the streets below. The water moved as if a large submarine was moving through the bay. Slowly, Godzilla arose from the ocean and roared. He moved onto land and moved slowly through Nagoya. He could see Anglias on the ground and Mothra dive bombing Ghidorah in the distance. Ghidorah took off and him and Mothra had an aerial battle. They both looked over when a building toppled over and Godzilla bellowed a roar. He looked into the sky and roared again. King Ghidorah fired a lightning bolt, but Godzilla jumped behind a tall tower. Ghidorah landed and fired onto the tower. Godzilla fired his atomic blast, it went right through the tower and got Ghidorah in the chest. Yuki and Jane stole a helicopter and were now over Tokyo. Suddenly there was a yellow flash and the cosmos were in the helicopter. Kendra and Luna bowed to the two women. Jane's mouth dropped but Yuki smiled.
"Glad, you're here. This doesn't look good."
"Don't worry." Luna said. "Godzilla isn't here to destroy mankind this time." Kendra said. Before Yuki could respond the helicopter shook. Ghidorah had crashed hard onto the ground. Yuki landed the helicopter onto the streets and got the cosmos out of there. Here and Jane ran as far away as they could. Godzilla turned and saw Anglias slowly making his way into the battle. Godzilla moved aside and Anglias looked up at Ghidorah. Godzilla powered up and fired an atomic blast. Mothra dropped her exploding sparkles, and Anglias used his sonic roar. All three of these hit Ghidorah. Ghidorah was pushed against the ground and laid there for a while. Suddenly, Ghidorah's body flashed and began glowing bright gold. He took flight and flew into the air. The skies were covered in black clouds. Out of nowhere it began to rain and a lightning storm started.
"King Ghidorah is using his ancient powers to defeat Godzilla, Anglias, and Mothra now. We must get somewhere safe." the cosmos said at the same time. Yuki and Jane were sweating massively. They began running towards a small market, when a lightning bolt struck the ground right next to Jane. She flew forwards and crashed through the window of the market. Yuki cried out and ran in. She put the cosmos on a counter and ran to Jane's side. Yuki dragged her to a safer spot. Jane was shivering rapidly. She had been severely electrocuted. She soon stopped. In fact, her whole body stopped. Her heart, brain, her whole system. Yuki shook her several times.
"Wake up Jane." Yuki wept when she realized that Jane was dead. She laid Jane on the floor and cried her eyes out. Godzilla zapped by a lightning bolt and his whole body lit up as the electricity went through all the water that Godzilla was covered in from the rain. Anglias and Mothra were zapped, too. King Ghidorah cackled and began firing his own lightning bolts at the city beneath him. Roads, vehicles, buildings, and other things in the city were torn apart by the lightning bolts of Ghidorah. Godzilla fell to the ground, along with Anglias and Mothra. Mothra began to glow red and the exploding sparkles flew up and exploded all over Ghidorah. Anglias roared a sonic roar. Somehow, although he was damaged, Ghidorah held his ground. The golden glow didn't go away either. Godzilla arose and fired a well aimed atomic blast. The blast didn't affect Ghidorah. King Ghidorah seemed to have made some kind of shield. It seemed hopeless now.
Chapter 4 Mothra's New Power
Godzilla was zapped in the throat and he fell once more. Mothra began chirping through at Godzilla and Anglias. They both looked at her. Suddenly Anglias used his sonic roar on Mothra, and Godzilla fired an atomic blast at her. She began to glow blue and a huge blue light lit up the whole city. When the light disappeared, Mothra had transformed. Her wingspan had grown. She also had different colors. Mothra chirped and sped at King Ghidorah. All of a sudden she turned into energy. It was bright red. She crashed into Ghidorah and the area where he was exploded. The flames from the explosion spread, lighting up the dark sky. Mothra was clinged to Ghidorah and they crashed into the city. Godzilla got closer as did Anglias. King Ghidorah got up, with torn wings. Mothra was only a bit beat up.
"What just happened there?" Yuki asked the cosmos.
"Mothra is now Energy Mothra." the cosmos replied.
Mothra flew into the air again. Ghidorah stood up with blood dripping from his wounds. Godzilla backed up and jumped through the air. His legs spread out and he kicked Ghidorah to the ground. Ghidorah kicked his legs up and knocked Godzilla back. Ghidorah then flew into the sky. He continued to fly until he was out of sight. He flew all the way into space and continued flying. Godzilla roared in victory along with Anglias. Mothra chirped happily. The storm then ended. Godzilla looked around. Mothra looked down at Anglias and Godzilla, chirped, then flew off to her island. Godzilla roared at Anglias and was roared back at. They then both went to the ocean. Once they were in the ocean they swam their own ways. Yuki was confused on why Godzilla didn't try to kill Mothra and Anglias. She was about to ask the Cosmos, but they were gone. She ran through the streets. The helicopter had exploded and was now on fire. She went back to Jane. Suddenly a big GSD plane landed on top of the rubble of what used to be a tall tower. Yuki was escorted on. Jane was wrapped up and they all flew back to Tokyo.
Chapter 5 Another Hard Days Work
Yuki went to Jane's funeral and went home to watch some well deserved TV. She missed Jane dearly. What was really on her mind was why Godzilla helped out mankind. Did he really help them out or was he just getting another monster out of his way? That's something Yuki thought about for a long time.
