| The robotic kaiju MOGERA, built in 1994 by G-Force after MechaGodzilla had failed against Godzilla, was actually two machines that could combine together to form MOGERA, or operate separately from one another. The first of these machines was Land Mogera, which made up the combined MOGERA’s upper torso, head, and arms. Land Mogera was used to tunnel underground and destroy Fukuoka Tower, SpaceGodzilla’s energy receiver, as Godzilla battled the space kaiju. As SpaceGodzilla battled Godzilla, he also had to contend with the flying Star Falcon, which made up MOGERA’s lower half. The Star Falcon flew around SpaceGodzilla, bombarding him with its plasma lasers until Land Mogera and Godzilla had destroyed Fukuoka Tower. Land Mogera then emerged from underground and the two machines rejoined to form MOGERA. However, after MOGERA was able to destroy SpaceGodzilla’s shoulder crystals, the space kaiju became filled with rage and completely destroyed MOGERA. | |
